With only three full time employees, owners Kevin and Ann Hupp spend most of their time pursuing innovations to keep their company on the cutting edge of the sport.

Challenge

Providing state-of-the-art race timing to events across the mid-Atlantic region with such a small staff was daunting. Kevin and Ann were looking for an online registration software solution that could automate many of their race-day tasks as well as provide in‑depth reporting so that they could deliver a better quality result to race organizers.
