What’s New: Direct Link to Registration
Event directors can now bypass their ACTIVE.com event details pages and provide participants with a URL that links directly to registration.

Why You Care

Ok, we know it was only this morning that we told you about the new event set-up flow in ACTIVE Works. But we just this moment launched two more things that are important to know about (and very cool). And they relate to your money and financial insights, so we wanted to tell you right away!

What’s New: Revenue Report
This brand new report will replace the Payment Report and Transcription Report. (Don’t panic! Those two reports will be around for awhile.) We’ve added something to your race management software that will help you take a big leap ahead when it comes to setting up an event.

What’s New: Event Set-Up Flow
The next time you set up an event, you’ll notice that the user interface looks and acts a bit different. You’ll be guided step by step through the process with a friendly set-up wizard. Your existing events will also appear in the new interface…if you need to edit them, look to the right of the screen. That’s where the navigation will now live.  Continue reading →

What’s New: Updated “Sold Out”/ “On Hold” Category Messaging
Previously if you had a category that was sold out or on hold, those notifications would appear in tiny gray print that was on the opposite side of the page from the price.
