SELF Magazine Picks Up the Mob™ Event Trend

The Mob™ trend is picking up speed…SELF Magazine, a national publication that reaches 1.5 million readers, featured Mob events in its October issue. ACTIVE.com reported that Mob event listings are up 92% this year and two of SELF’s editors decided to take on the challenge and compete in a Mob event!

SELF‘s editors Marissa Stephenson and Jaclyn Emerick tackled the Warrior Dash and wrote a very funny, blow-by-blow account of their experience. Read it here. For race directors, this gives you a sneak peek into the minds of participants, at each step of the race!

These are valuable (and humorous) resources you can reference and they also give you more insight into the things that are important and memorable to participants when they compete in your events.
